Document Understanding and AI Center composed into end-to-end pipelines — classification, extraction, and validation, with human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes documents.
Extraction accuracy is the easy metric. The classification split and the human-review loop are where IDP either ships or stalls.
Conversational AI
Druid chatbots integrated with RPA workforces, so a conversation can trigger, track, and complete real back-office work — not just answer questions.
Most chatbots stop at the answer. The ones that matter close the loop into the backend.
Infrastructure & platform engineering
On-prem deployment, CI/CD for automation assets, and the AWS and Azure platform work underneath. Automation treated as production software, with environments, pipelines, and rollback.
If you can't roll an automation back in one command, you don't have a platform.
Automation enablement
Academy programs, internal CoE setup, and developer mentorship — building the team and the operating model so automation scales beyond a single architect.
Single-architect automation stalls at the first leave. The point of a CoE is to outlive the architect who set it up.

About
I design AI workforces the way I was trained to design control systems.
I trained as a mechatronics and robotics engineer at the Egyptian Russian University — designing control systems for machines that had to work the first time, with no room to improvise. That discipline is how I approach automation today.
Over the last five years I've delivered enterprise automation across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Italy, and Spain — moving from RPA at scale to the agentic AI systems I now architect as a resident engineer at Dubai Police HQ. Thirteen projects across EMEA, two consecutive UiPath MVP years, and a habit of treating a workforce of agents the way I was taught to treat a control loop: with redundancy, observability, and a clear definition of done. I work in Arabic and English.
Most of the market is still describing agentic AI. I build it — governed, on-prem, and accountable to the people who depend on it. I care less about the demo than about what survives contact with production.
